In a momentous event, President of the Mindanao Association of State and Tertiary Schools Inc. (MASTS) Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, alongside University of Southern Mindanao (USM) – UQAO Director Mr. Lawrence Anthony U. Dollente and Kabacan Administrative Officer Mr. Ben Guzman has officially inked the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for MASTS Culture and Arts Festival 2023, which was held at USM Kabacan, North Cotabato Province today, November 17.
The MASTS Culture and Arts Festival 2023, with the theme “Celebrating Inclusivity in Diversity Through Mindanao’s Vibrant Arts and Culture,” sets the stage for a truly remarkable celebration, which will commence from November 20 to 26, this year.
The signing ceremony was a testament to MASTS’ commitment to promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Mindanao.
The MOU also signifies a collaborative effort among various educational institutions and artists to showcase diverse talents and traditions that make Mindanao a melting pot of rich cultures.
