ZPPSU leads first suppliers’ open forum

To ensure seamless and smoother transactions on procurement processes, Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University facilitated the first-ever forum among suppliers, partners, and colleagues of the institution, held at the Senator Angara Building today, January 10.

The soothing discourse was led by ZPPSU Vice President for Administration and Finance Ms. Josephine L. Sulasula, highlighting the vital role of suppliers as trusted partners in fulfilling the institution’s organizational mandates efficiently.

“Let this forum serve as an opportunity to align our goals and reaffirm our shared vision of efficient, ethical, and effective procurement practices,” VPAF Sulasula said.

Further, the forum encouraged the suppliers to exchange ideas, clarify expectations, and address concerns that impact the procurement’s quality of engagements.

The ZPPSU is hopeful of achieving stronger partnerships and ensuring smoother procurement processes.

Also present during the event were ZPPSU-Head of Procurement Unit Mr. Dennjs C. Molina, ZPPSU-Chief Administrative Officer for Administration Ms. Carina M. Abidin, ZPPSU-Supervising Administrative Officer for Finance Ms. Maria Christina Jean D. Vergara, ZPPSU-SAO for Administration Mr. Arnel H. Lee, and distinct suppliers.

“By working together, we can overcome challenges, enhance our processes, and create a procurement environment that benefits us all,” Ms. Sulasula exclaimed.
