Guidance and Counseling and Testing Service Office Director Ms. Janet G. Pangilinan of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University spearheaded a mental health talk among students of ZPPSU – Ana M. Baquial Malangas Campus in Zamboanga Sibugay, February 7.
Ms. Pangilinan affirmed the students, encouraging them to determine how to handle stress and advising them to always be open to their trusted others and make healthy choices.
ZPPSU-Malangas faculty staff and delegates from the main campus, such as staff from the scholarship and cashier’s office, were also present.
