ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY – Dr. Nelson P. Cabral advised all employees to recommit and abide by the university policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and mutual respect during the General Assembly in a hotel yesterday, March 04.
“As we move forward, let us recommit ourselves to upholding university policies that safeguard fairness, accountability, and professionalism in our workplace,” Dr. Cabral emphasized.

He urged the academic community to remain proactive in understanding and implementing the stipulated policies with integrity and responsibility, as well as to foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and shared commitment.


“The strength of our institution lies not only in our programs and facilities, but in the unity of its people,” Dr. Cabral added.


Further, Dr. Cabral also encouraged the employees to support the current administration’s vision for the university.
“Together, with clarity of purpose and steadfast commitment, we continue building a university that exemplifies excellence, inclusivity, and service to our nation,” he exclaimed.



The event discussed five important topics for the employees to be aware of including the One ZPPSU, One Image talked by the Human Resource Officer Ms. Liza F. Santos, Professional Conduct by Legal Officer Atty. Marti Gregorio, Attendance Policy by Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Carina Abidin, Research Incentives by VPRE Dr. Rolando Malalay and Ms. Cellyn Verallo, and lastly, Visiting Lecturers Compensation Process led by the ZPPSU Accountant Ms. Elena Galvez.
