Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, serving as the Chair of the Evaluation Committee alongside the esteemed Honorable Committee Members, conducted interviews and discussions with Non-Teaching Personnel, Faculty Personnel, Deans, and Directors, focusing on Dr. Capistrano’s achievements during her first term as ASSCAT President. Vice President of the ASSCAT Faculty Association Engr. Manuel T. Tablada Jr., Vice President of ASSCAT SSG Ms. Angelica L.
