The Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University – Philippines Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ZPPSU-ROTC) actively participated in the recently concluded ROTC Games Mindanao Qualifying Leg 2024, held last June 23-29, 2024.
The 2024 ROTC Games, dubbed “Philippine Husay ng ROTC, Husay ng Kabataan,” were participated in by various State Universities and Colleges in Mindanao.
Moreover, the ZPPSU contingent delivered a remarkable performance, as they bagged home 30 medals in both athletic and non-athletic events, earning 13 gold, 2 silver,and 15 bronze medals.
This Mindanao-wide qualifying leg aimed to develop discipline, sportsmanship, camaraderie, and leadership, among the cadets from the various universities and colleges.
