CHED visits ZPPSU for project monitoring, evaluation

ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY (PIO) — The Commission on Higher Education Institutional Grants and Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (CHED IG-IDIG) Team has visited the university for the two-day on-site project monitoring and evaluation held at the university grounds recently.

The CHED ID-IDIG underscored the agency’s strong support for ZPPSU in upgrading its facilities, equipment, and machinery to further enhance the teaching and learning of engineering and technology programs.

This monitoring and evaluation aims to ensure that the project’s implementation is aligned with CHED’s standards, supporting ZPPSU’s commitment to quality instruction, research, and innovation in higher education.

The team was led by Technology Evaluators — Dr. Arnel Fajardo and Engr. Lyndon Bague, joined by Ms. Ma. Vina Cecilia Mercado (OIQAG, PTS 1, SEPS), Ms. Noemi A. Isidro (OIQAG, SEPS), Ms. Jeromae Jumalon (CHED, EA), Engr. Janeny B. Domingsil (OIC SEPS, CHEDRO IX) and Ms. Jacqueline Nonsol (CHEDRO IX, PSS V).

ZPPSU officials headed by Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Maria Christina G. Wee, Vice President for Administration and Finance Ms. Josephine L. Sulasula, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services Dr. Cyrus Pil Cadavedo, and College of Engineering and Technology Dean Engr. Jennifer Gargar, warmly welcomed the officials from the CHED Central and Regional Office.
