The College of Maritime Education of the university is set to reassert its compliance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, led by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), during the Periodic Audit I at the accreditation room from July 23 to 24, this year.

The Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the university remained steady in ensuring the ethical compliance of the researchers in their respective studies.

Identified innovators of the university were convened for a three-day seminar-workshop, aimed at strengthening the intellectual property culture of the ZPPSU, held in a hotel from July 16 to 18, this year.

In response for an efficient and ethical execution of the budget release and utilization of funds among State Universities and Colleges in Zamboanga Peninsula, the Department of Budget and Management – IX converged with the academic institutions today at the national agency’s conference room.

The esteemed polytechnic university in Zamboanga Peninsula has been officially recognized as an institutional member of the Guild of Educators at the TESOL International Institute — Graduate School for Teachers Inc., held in Pasay, Metro Manila, this week.

ZPPSU President Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, along with other university chiefs in Zamboanga Peninsula, signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the establishment of a regional research and development consortium in the archipelago, with Department of Budget and Management Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman, held in San Miguel Manila yesterday, July 07.
