𝗢𝗩𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗖𝗤𝗜 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘

The ZPPSU-Office of Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA), headed by Dr. Ma. Christina G. Wee, conducted a three-day Check-In Meeting and a Performance Review for Academic Year 2025-2026 at the Zamboanga Seafood House, from February 18 to 20, this year.

The concept of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) formed the focus of the discussion, which is a systematic, evidence-based improvement process of strengthening program evaluation and quality assurance systems within the university.

Additionally, components and designing of the CQI System, as well as the role of Program Assessment and CQI in Quality Assurance Systems were presented.

Deans, Associate Deans, Program Heads, and leaders of various coordinating offices and units, actively engaged in discussions and collaborative workshops focused on designing their respective CQI systems.

The workshop reaffirms ZPPSU’s commitment to advancing academic excellence, program relevance, and institutional accountability, while strengthening quality assurance systems in support of accreditation, higher education standards, and SUC leveling.
