On a momentous occasion, the Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic University (ZPPSU) community came together to pay tribute to the exceptional and visionary University President, Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, on his birthday, held at ZPPSU Gymnasium, October 17.
In the heartfelt welcome speech, the Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Roy Valesco emphasized that Dr. Cabral was born and destined to be a great leader.
