ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY (PIO) — In a celebration of academic excellence and reflecting strong inter-institutional support, University President Dr. Nelson P. Cabral graced the Gala Night of Western Mindanao State University College of Medicine, held at WMSU Gymnasium on July 24, this year.
Dr. Cabral along with other ZPPSU officials, joined the esteemed dignitaries including CHED Commissioner Dr. Ethel Agnes Valenzuela, AACCUP Executive Director Dr. Milabel E. Ho, Zamboanga City Mayor Hon. Khymer Olaso, Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Mayor Hon. Celso Lobregat, CSC Regional Director Alvin R. Araneta, fellow university presidents, including ZSCMST President Dr. Roy L. Valesco and JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.
