ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY (PIO) — In a celebration of leadership and strong ties, Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU) President Dr. Nelson P. Cabral attended the investiture of Dr. Sitti Amina Jaafar Mohammad as the 6th President of Tawi-Tawi Regional Agricultural College at Sandbar Lepa Beach Resort, Pasiagan, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, on September 4, this year.
