ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY — President Dr. Nelson P. Cabral proudly received a recognition as one of the most outstanding Sioconians, held at Julian Soriano Memorial Sports Complex, Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte on March 10, this year.
One of the programs highlighted during the celebration of the 89th Founding Anniversary Celebration of the Municipality of Siocon was the Gabi ng Parangal, whereby certain deserving Sioconians have received Awards of Recognition.
This highly regarded distinction is given to recognize exceptional service, inspiring leadership, and valuable contributions to the communities and the public. The award was received by the university president’s representative, Honorable Rachel E. Lorena, Faculty Regent, and Mr. Arnel H. Lee, Supervising Administrative Officer for Administration.
